PestLink LLC (“PestLink,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides automated communication and AI scheduling services for home service businesses. This Refund & Billing Policy explains how payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled for our services.

  1. Billing Overview: All payments for PestLink services — including setup fees, campaign activation, and monthly subscriptions — are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment processors. Billing details, renewal terms, and service tiers are clearly displayed at checkout or on your service agreement. By completing a purchase or subscribing to a plan, you authorize PestLink LLC to charge your designated payment method for the selected services.


  2. Setup Fees: Any one-time onboarding or setup fees are non-refundable once the service activation process has begun. This includes costs associated with Twilio setup, phone number registration, campaign configuration, or account provisioning.


  3. Subscription Services: Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. To cancel a subscription, contact our team at billing@pestlink.ai at least 3 business days before your next renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing cycle.


  4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued in the following cases: Duplicate or accidental payments, Proven technical errors resulting in failure to deliver the purchased service, or Billing mistakes verified by our team. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@pestlink.ai within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


  5. Chargebacks & Disputes: We encourage all clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services. Our support team will work quickly to resolve any billing concerns fairly.


  6. Payment Methods: PestLink accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe’s secure payment platform. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and valid to prevent interruption of service.


  7. Price Changes PestLink reserves the right to adjust pricing or modify subscription plans with at least 30 days’ notice to existing customers. Price changes will not affect ongoing billing periods that have already been paid.
